Tour de France of committed artistic projects: season 4 of the podcasts “Les Voix de l’art citoyen” is launched!
We are pleased to announce the launch of the 4th season of the podcasts “Voices of Citizen Art”, our series dedicated to art as a driver of social ties and territorial transformation. From now on, dive into the heart of collective artistic projects that revitalize territories, recreate links between inhabitants and give citizens a key role in the animation of their environment.
A commitment to art at the service of citizenship
This new season continues to explore artistic initiatives supported by the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation, selected for their social, educational, environmental and human impact. Through each episode, we meet collective projects that bring places back to life, reinvent connections and open up spaces of inclusion.
First stops: Dunkirk, Brest and Villerbanne
The first episode takes us near Dunkirk, where the association Les Papillons Blancs transforms an estate into a meeting and creative space for people with disabilities and the inhabitants of the neighboring district, thanks to a collective project around gardening, culture and inclusion. This is the Butterfly Effect FabLab project. Then, it’s off to Brest, to the La Gare art and design centre, where the exhibition “Liminale Laminaire” and the project “Artlabo retreat: island ecologies” explore the island space through a multidisciplinary and sustainable approach. Finally, the third stop is in the third place La Rayonne, in which past, present and future intertwine in a spirit of creativity and joy.
A series to inspire and act
Whether you are an art lover, curious or committed to a more inclusive and sustainable future, “Voices of Citizen Art” invites you to discover inspiring stories of citizen transformation through art. Each month, a new episode will highlight an artistic project that is moving the lines in France. All episodes are available for free on our website and on all listening platforms. Join us for this new season, share and be inspired by the power of citizen art.
