How to submit a project
A transparent process, every step of the way
Here are our selection steps to identify and support Sustainable Food and/or Citizen Art initiatives within the framework of calls for projects. For each project, our attention is focused on the challenges raised, the scale of action, the means and the team mobilized.
Project selection steps

To apply for and obtain funding under the calls for projects, the proposed initiatives must meet a set of criteria described in the framework note associated with each of them. Each project must then fill in the form available on our online platform within the deadlines set for the call. The call is generally open between 2 and 3 months.
A group made up of members of our teams and external instructors examines all the projects submitted. Each project is evaluated by at least 2 people. This phase lasts around 4 weeks. We inform projects that are not selected at this stage.
An instructor evaluates the project. The appraisal may require additional information to be added to the initial application (information, visits, etc.). She validates that the project meets the Foundation’s mandatory criteria and those of the call. This phase lasts about two months.
The jury of the call for projects (composed of members of the Foundation and volunteer experts) studies the investigation report and makes recommendations to our governance. The jury meeting is held approximately 3 months after the closing date of the call.
The final decision on support is made by our governance within a month of the jury meeting. We communicate the results to all projects.
