Infinito Delicias, a collective laboratory in the heart of Madrid
Located in Madrid’s Delicias district, Infinito is a third-party space dedicated to culture, cuisine and innovation. A meeting point for citizens of all ages and backgrounds – artists, chefs, farmers, foundations, associations, companies, startups and public institutions – the space aims to encourage reflection, debate, experimentation and creation. A collective laboratory to explore the crossroads between disciplines and try out new ways of living together and cooperating.
Infinito Delicias is an initiative created and supported by the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation. The Foundation has been supporting the project since its beginnings, choosing to set up its Spanish headquarters on site and participating in the cultural, participatory and training offer through various projects.
A creative, participatory and responsible future
Infinito Delicias encourages fertile crosses between art and food, in line with the vision of the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation. This third place also allows us to explore new societal challenges, in collaboration with local people, organizations and collectives.
