15 years of commitment
On December 15, we celebrated the 15th anniversary of the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation with an evening that brought together partners, artists and friends. Inspired by the imaginary world of the forest, symbol of life, growth and the bonds that are forged over time, this anniversary offered a multi-sensory and collective experience, punctuated by a program showcasing the artists and projects we support.
Nourishing body and mind: an ever-changing mission
“Contributing to a better world by supporting healthy food that nourishes the body, and by promoting the arts and culture to nurture democracy and social ties ” has been the Foundation’s mission for the past 15 years, recalled our President Marina Nahmias, daughter of Daniel and Nina Carasso, in her introduction. ” Right from the start, we had a strong intuition: art and food had a central place, not only in our family history, but also in everyone’s life “.
A family history that continues today in the evolution of governance, announced during the evening: Laurence, daughter of Marina Nahmias, becomes Vice-President. Philippe-Loïc Jacob, a member of the Delegate Commission and the Board of Directors, is appointed Executive Vice-President.

For 15 years, we’ve been working to nourish the body and mind. And if we’ve come this far, it’s thanks to you. Thank you for your trust, your energy and your commitment. Together, let’s continue to write the future!

Citizen art and sustainable food at the heart of our commitments
Benoît Mounier, Managing Director France, reviewed the priorities for the coming years, reaffirming in particular the Foundation’s commitment to the transition of agricultural and food systems ” so that they are fairer, more sustainable, respectful of people and ecosystems “. He then reiterated the central role of art and culture as ” forces for citizenship, critical thinking and collective emancipation “.
The event also provided an opportunity to present Infinito Delicias, the 2,700 m² third-party space created by the Foundation in Madrid, inaugurated on December 11. Open to all, this space welcomes artists, chefs, farmers, foundations, associations, companies and public institutions to exchange ideas, experiment and create. It includes a restaurant, coworking spaces, conference rooms, spaces for artistic residencies and urban gardens. The new building will also house the foundation’s Spanish headquarters.
Conceived with artistic directors Anna Labouze and Keimis Henni around the imaginary world of the forest, the evening featured several projects and artists supported by the foundation, including musician Stélios Lazarou, former resident of Artagon Marseille, choral conductor Eléonore Le Lamer associated with the Opéra de Rennes, and guitarist Pablo Sáinz Villegas.
Thanks to all the artists and contributors who made this anniversary evening possible.
