Infinito Delicias, a collective laboratory in the heart of Madrid
Located in the Delicias neighbourhood of Madrid, Infinito is a community center dedicated to culture, gastronomy, and innovation. Infinito Delicias is a cultural innovation hub, embracing arts, culinary experiences, and community sharing. Its aim is twofold: on one hand, to drive social and cultural transformation through culture and food; on the other, to prove that projects with social and environmental impact can also be economically sustainable. An open space for culture, food, and innovation.
Infinito Delicias is an initiative driven and designed by the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation. The Foundation has supported this project from the outset by locating its Spanish headquarters in the same space and collaborating on its cultural, community, and educational offerings through a range of initiatives.
A creative, regenerative, and inspiring future
Infinito Delicias promotes the hybridisation of food and art, following the vision of the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation, and explores new thematic approaches in collaboration with a diversity of individuals, organisations, and local collectives.
