A Network Dedicated to the Development of Agricultural Test Sites
The National Network of Agricultural Test Sites (RENETA) aims to promote trial farming activities to encourage new farmers to set up operations. Its members include agricultural test sites—both operational and planned—as well as several regional and national networks involved in agricultural business testing (associate members). Agricultural test sites are multi-stakeholder initiatives involving a wide variety of actors: agricultural and rural development associations, community education organizations, business incubators, business cooperatives, chambers of agriculture, local governments, regional nature parks, agricultural educational institutions, and more. RENETA’s missions are based on sharing best practices among its members, promoting and raising awareness of the agricultural trial program, providing guidance for emerging projects, supporting regional innovation, and implementing collective actions. Through these efforts, the network helps strengthen cooperation, harmonize support mechanisms, and develop solutions tailored to the challenges of establishing a farm.
