benoit mounier

Benoît Mounier-Saintoyant

Managing Director - France

Driven by the power to act, he builds his career around the levers of social, economic and civic innovation. After studying Industrial Engineering, Benoît took charge of a non-formal education center for street children in the Philippines. On his return to France, he became involved with Unis-Cité and the French Red Cross and then co-founded the Benenova association. He joined Avise in 2012 before heading the social mission of the Fondation Entreprendre in January 2020.

Mathilde Bonnard

Sustainable Food Axis Director

An agro-economist engineer by training, Mathilde has a rich experience of more than 20 years acquired in associations committed in France and abroad (Secours Catholique, Acting For Life, CFSI, Jardinot, Môm'artre, Envol Vert Colombie), mainly around the challenges of fair and sustainable food systems.

Klaus Fruchtnis

Director of the Citizen Art axis

With more than 20 years of experience in education, culture and research, he has developed and led projects with a strong social, artistic and territorial dimension, in France and abroad. He has worked in public and private structures of various sizes, articulating creation, citizen participation and territorial transformation. His field experience is articulated with strategic work carried out with institutional and cultural partners, around shared art practices, mediation, evaluation and the intersection between arts and sciences.

Chloé Gerster

Communication Manager

A graduate of Sciences-Po and CELSA, Chloé specialized in editorial communication, with a passion for raising awareness and mobilizing around the Social and Solidarity Economy. She has held key positions in strategy and content creation in the philanthropic sector but also in the world of media and culture. Chloé has supported foundations, associations and companies at the Fondation de France and then as a consultant for 5 years.

Marion Desmares

Head of Accompaniment

With a Master's degree in Cultural Project Management, Marion Desmares has developed a solid expertise within the Foundation, where she has managed complex projects and forged strategic partnerships within the "Citizen Art" division. In November 2024, she was appointed Head of Support in France, with the mission of coordinating an innovative system aimed at strengthening the capacity of the associations supported by the Foundation to consolidate and change scale. Passionate about social innovation, Marion puts her expertise at the service of the associative world.

Guilhem Soutou

Investment Manager

An agricultural engineer, he specialized in agroecology out of a passion for life sciences. He worked for ten years with NGOs in rural areas in many African and Asian countries in emergency humanitarian aid, food security and agricultural development. He is the author of the book "The Food Challenge: Geopolitics and Issues" published by L'Harmattan in 2012.

Margaux Denis

Sustainable Food Program Manager

A food and health engineer, she specializes in food policies and actors with a particular motivation to accelerate the transformation of food systems. Margaux spent nearly 10 years in the public service, at the Ministry of Agriculture and then at the National Food Council.

Louise Galipaud

Sustainable Food Program Manager

A graduate of Sciences-Po, Louise began her career in the luxury sector and then chose to commit to the transformation of food systems in 2020, thanks to the Specialized Master's Degree in "Innovations and Policies for Sustainable Food" from the Institut Agro de Montpellier. For the past three years, Louise has supported the 9 territories of the TETRAA programme initiated by the Foundation, to accelerate their agroecological and food transition processes.

Raquel Herrero

Program Coordinator

After a degree in Audiovisual Communication at the Complutense University of Madrid, she worked for 5 years as a programming assistant in an international satellite channel. Raquel then left her country to continue her journey in Paris. She has worked in different sectors: cinema, fashion and energy renovation.

Mathieu Minne

Management Controller

With a master's degree in finance from IAE Aix-en-Provence and a master's degree in cultural management from the University of La Complutense, he has more than 20 years of experience in different sectors of industry, in France and abroad.

Claire Coste

Human Resources Manager

With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and more than 14 years of experience at Leroy Merlin as well as in an HR consulting firm, Claire has a solid international experience in Human Resources project management. Passionate about human relations, she is recognized for her commitment, organizational skills and ability to make strategic decisions.

Thibault Gerbail

Citizen Art Program Manager

With a degree in International Relations and a specialisation in security issues, he began his career in public action in the department of cultural policies at the Ministry of Culture. Firstly, by coordinating the Ministry's international activity in the Americas and the Caribbean, then by piloting the implementation of the Culture Pass, the government's priority project in terms of youth access to arts and culture.

Nicolas Le Goff

Citizen Art Program Manager

Nicolas began his career in the promotion of French cultural industries abroad, then joined the City of Paris to work on innovation and cultural industries. He then became head of international and institutional relations at the Centquatre, and acted on the cultural and urban engineering front. He is the author of alternative guides, including "L'Autre Paris", which offers urban expeditions in the changing districts of eastern Paris.

Céline Lattès-Feraudy

Secretary General

A graduate of ESCP in public management, Céline has acquired solid experience in administrative, financial, legal and human resources management within public and cultural institutions (Centre des Monuments Nationaux, Deloitte, Ministries of National Education and Higher Education, Musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac).

Mayté de Castro

Executive Assistant and Office Manager

After graduating in administration and business in Spain, she began her career at Archéoscopie, then joined Stradal in 1997. For 25 years, she held the position of Executive Assistant, while also taking on the role of
Head of Corporate Services at the head office. She has also led large-scale projects, supplier management and intervention management
. At the same time, Mayte has nurtured her artistic commitment as a painter trained at the École Boulle and volunteer manager of an associative art gallery.
