The Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation responds to current challenges from two areas: sustainable food, which combines care for the planet, health, and social justice, and socially engaged art, which promotes creative expression as a form of participation and community cohesion.
unoconcinco
On June 18 we will celebrate the third edition of the unoconcinco Sustainable Food Meetings at Infinito Delicias. With a very varied programme where current issues will be addressed, this biennial event reaffirms itself as a space for listening, dialogue and collaboration to respond to the challenges of sustainable food in Spain. Access will be free, after registration on the unoconcinco.org website.

Infinito Delicias
Located in the Delicias neighborhood of Madrid, Infinito is a community center dedicated to culture, gastronomy, and innovation. Infinito Delicias is a cultural innovation hub, embracing arts, culinary experiences, and community sharing. Its aim is twofold: on one hand, to drive social and cultural transformation through culture and food; on the other, to prove that projects with social and environmental impact can also be economically sustainable.
