Sustainable food
Project to organise a local system in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat that connects agroecological production, consumption and cultural practices with the Baix Llobregat Agricultural Park. Kilombo articulates a consumer cooperative, a farm in production and a community dining room to facilitate access to local food and strengthen locally-based economic circuits. The initiative is developed through the collaboration between LaFundició, Keras Buti, Tarpuna, Voltes and Ecocentral, which promote production, distribution and cultural activities linked to the territory. It has the support of the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation within the framework of its Sustainable Food axis.
