Terralimenta launches its third edition, in which approximately 8 new LEADER Groups will be incorporated.
Terralimenta is a programme promoted by the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation, in collaboration with Red2Red, whose ultimate aim is for issues related to sustainable food to take centre stage in rural areas. The protagonists of this programme are the LEADER Groups, which as key agents in the territory and driving force for change, constitute a backbone in the transition to more sustainable food production systems. Training, expert advice and collective intelligence are three elements that accompany the LEADER Groups in this process.
With this expansion, the program seeks to consolidate networking, reaching a total of 30 participating groups. All of them will follow a training itinerary accompanied by specialized technical advice, with the aim of strengthening their capacities in the design, development and execution of projects that promote the promotion of sustainable food. In addition, the creation of synergies between the LEADER Groups and other actors will be encouraged, strengthening their role as key actors in the transition to more sustainable and territorialised agri-food systems.
How to participate?
All LEADER Groups in the national territory interested in this programme must submit their application electronically before 4 November 2025 at 11:59 p.m . by accessing the web platform, from where they can fill in the form and attach the required documentation according to the bases of the call
