Reverbs

Project that introduces contemporary artistic practices into the daily life of the Institut Moisès Broggi in Barcelona to open up new ways of learning, listening, conversing and participating in the classroom. Focused on sound and active listening as pedagogical tools, Reverberations was developed over three years through mediation and creation experiences with students, with actions such as We draw with the body, carried out together with the artist Maria Jessús Olivos in the 1st year of Artistic Baccalaureate (image on the left). Promoted by Jordi Ferreiro, with the support of the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation, within its Citizen Art axis, the project was part of the centre’s work to integrate the arts into its educational proposal.
