Description

The complexity of the challenges affecting today’s societies requires renewed forms of imagination, knowledge production and citizen activation. This is the starting point of this call, through which the Foundation seeks to promote contexts of encounter, collaboration and hybridization between the arts, sciences and humanities, and society to imagine and build sustainable futures.

We are living in a time of complexity, interconnection and historical acceleration that is leading us to an unprecedented climate crisis and social justice.

In this context, forms of inspiration, awareness and collective mobilization that teach us to inhabit and care for the Earth are priorities. Because of their ability to renew imaginaries, sensitivities, aesthetics and forms of desire, we believe that artists, in connection with scientists and citizens, can help us generate the civilizational change we need. Supporting these projects based on transdisciplinary cooperation is therefore our best tool to understand and act on the challenges of the contemporary world.
