How to submit your project to our calls for proposals
A transparent process, step by step
We read each proposal with special attention to the challenge it poses, the territory in which it operates and the team that promotes it. Here you will find the phases of the selection process for initiatives with an impact on sustainable food and citizen art.
Check the bases and criteria of the call, prepare the required documentation and access the online platform to send your application. The filing period usually takes between two and three months. Apply by the deadline and check that the system has correctly registered your application.
A group of professionals and external collaborators reviews all proposals. Each application receives at least two evaluations. This phase lasts approximately four weeks. We notify entities whose candidacies do not continue in the process.
An instructor analyzes the project in greater detail. Ask for evidence, contrast data and, if necessary, can visit the entity. The instruction expands on the information in the initial file and verifies that the project meets the established criteria. The usual period is two months.
The jury reviews the investigation reports and makes recommendations. After its meeting, which is usually held about three months after the closing of the call, the proposals go to the Board of Trustees for the final decision.
The Board of Trustees adopts the final resolution during the month following the meeting of the jury. We communicate the result and the next steps to all the candidates.
