2019, the year of change!
After a year dedicated to reflecting on our strategy, we face 2019 with a new impetus but with our convictions intact and reaffirmed to continue, as far as we can, to reveal, support, accompany and connect those women and men who dare to look at and build the world in a different way.
Coinciding with our eighth anniversary, in 2018 we felt the need to take a “blank” year, without calls. A year that has been, despite everything, very active, as we have been able to take some time to reflect and analyse the strategy developed so far to take stock of our experience and focus our processes for the future. We have been guided by a very clear objective: to continue accelerating the transformation of our societies and, to this end, to place Sustainable Food and Citizen Art at the centre of our actions and to lend our support to those who act in these areas in their day-to-day work.
Moving forward with our commitments
Since the creation of the Foundation in 2010, we have seen the evolution of the societies and environmental, economic and human realities of our two countries of intervention: France and Spain. Emergencies are accelerating and forcing us to apply increasingly innovative and inspiring solutions. Our actions must adapt and continue to evolve to be coherent and relevant in this context.
As a result, the contours of our two programmes, Citizen Art and Sustainable Food, have been redrawn with the same main line: to strengthen our impact on the ecosystems we support.
In addition, from March 2019, we will launch new calls for projects related to our two major areas of intervention, Citizen Art and Sustainable Food, both in France and Spain.
After a year dedicated to reflecting on our strategy, we face 2019 with a new impetus but with our convictions intact and reaffirmed to continue, as far as we can, to reveal, support, accompany and connect those women and men who dare to look at and build the world in a different way.
You will be able to consult our calls on this page from March 2019.

Accompanying, connecting and bearing witness hand in hand with free
spiritsThe heart of our work is those people who are bold, mobilizing, committed… who, through their ideas, their knowledge and their experiences, manage to move our societies forward.
Thus, our job is to continue supporting them, with rigor and demand. To this end, we have developed our modes of action and, in addition to financing, we also want to accompany, connect and bear witness to the actions of these free spirits, to take our common commitments to the highest level.
Affirming our identity
These strategic evolutions have naturally led us to affirm our identity and what moves us as a Foundation.
Our visual universe – through the page and the image that we are launching – is part of this movement, with the idea of translating the uniqueness of our actions and our project: a movement of energies, a desire to step out of the ordinary and to move the limits to the side of the women and men we accompany every day.

Unusual connections to spark the possible
In this new logo, the dot is a curious and unexpected punctuation mark, a sign of the beginning of human adventures that defy the norms, that go off the beaten path. The C groups and reminds us of the welcoming and warm spirit of Daniel and Nina Carasso. And, finally, these two names as a solid pedestal that supports all the projects, to underline that the main reason why we carry out our actions is above all a tribute to the curiosity, the love of sharing and the particular demand of Daniel and Nina Carasso.
