Measures against the Covid-19 crisis – Extended deadline for calls
At a time when listening, care and collaboration are more important than ever, and due to the current difficult situation, we are extending the deadlines for submitting projects to our Sustainable Food and Citizen Art calls, both in Spain and France. We hope to give more time for the exchanges and collaborations so necessary to build the alliances we seek to promote.
New deadlines for the 2020 Calls in Spain and France
Our calls are still active and will be open for longer, maintaining the deadlines initially foreseen for the payment of the subsidies to the finally selected projects:
- Call for the Citizen Art/Spain Alliances for a Cultural Democracy line: until June 10, 2020
- Call for the Sustainable Food/Spain Territorialized Food Systems SAT line for the transition to sustainable food: until June 10, 2020
- Call for applications for the Citizen Art/France Médiations et démocratie culturelle territorialisé dans les Hauts-de-France line: until 30 June 2020
- Call for applications for the Sustainable Food/France Nourrir l’avenir line: until 30 April 2020
- Call for applications for the Sustainable Food/France line “Pour une transition agroécologique par l’échange et le partage”: until31 May 2020
Our support
As always, our team remains at the disposal of all the people and projects that are part of the Carasso family/environment, to find solutions to the difficulties you may be going through, now and in the future, as a result of the current health crisis.
We have also begun a process of conversation and reflection together with other foundations and funders to provide ourselves with tools to support the associative fabric that can counteract the social and economic impact that the pandemic is already causing.
We take this opportunity to convey our solidarity to all those affected in one way or another by Covid-19 and our deepest gratitude to all the people who are mobilizing these days to face this unprecedented situation, especially from the field of health, food and culture: health, cleaning and care personnel, our farmers, transporters, small local businesses, artists and cultural managers, teachers… To all of them, today and always, THANK YOU!
“We are living in times of great uncertainty that appeal to responsibility and citizen solidarity. Third sector entities work for the general interest… and this crisis commits us to defend this mission more than ever and to stand on the side of the most vulnerable.”
