Sustainable food
Cooperative supermarket in Aragon that articulates the sale of local agroecological food under collective management to expand access to sustainable food consumption models. After two years of activity, it is promoting a growth plan structured in three phases: expansion of its commercial and storage infrastructure, launch of online sales complemented by communication actions, and construction of a sustainable logistics platform for joint purchases with stores, restaurants and consumer groups. The project is supported by the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation within its Sustainable Food axis and has the support of organizations such as EcoRedAragón, Mincha d’aqui, Actora Consumo and the Alliance of Cooperative Supermarkets.
