Sustainable food
Infrastructure to support rural entrepreneurship that offers shared workshops and technical support for food transformation projects in Jaca and Biescas. The space allows producers and entrepreneurs to start or consolidate activities such as canning, dairy, confectionery, honey or meat cutting with support in health regulations, production control and traceability. Promoted by the Association for the Integral Development of the Cradle of Aragon (Adecuara) together with local entities from Alto Gállego and La Jacetania, the nurseries seek to strengthen the agricultural and livestock activity of the territory, generate new economic initiatives and improve the viability of proximity circuits. The project has the support of the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation within the framework of its Sustainable Food axis.
