Cartographies in Art + Education

Research and digital platform that identifies and makes visible practices located at the intersection between art and education in Spain. The project brought together audiovisual interviews and methodological cartographies of 30 art educators, with the aim of recognising this professional field, relating their experiences and offering a useful resource for educational communities, cultural agents and institutions. Promoted by Invisible Pedagogies with the support of the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation between 2015 and 2017, Cartographies in Art + Education was concretized in a professional consultation website and in an archive in residence at the Artistic Residency Center of Matadero Madrid. Her journey contributed to organizing a hybrid work environment and documenting profiles, methodologies and forms of organization in the state context.
