Building networks around healthy and sustainable food consumption

The project places sustainable food consumption at the heart of the transition towards fairer and more environmentally friendly food models. Building networks…, developed with the Federation of Consumers and Users CECU, addresses the need to strengthen alliances between civil society, public administrations and key agents in the food chain to promote narratives that promote informed consumption decisions and active involvement in the transformations of the food system. The approach is part of the Sustainable Food axis of the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation, with the aim of moving towards an agroecological model that guarantees healthy and sustainable food for the entire population.
