ComerBio

ComerBio promotes a joint marketing platform for local organic producers in Catalonia and Aragon, made up of about 150 organic farmers who manage nearly 2,000 hectares of olive trees, nuts, cereals, fruit, orchards and even spirulina. Together they have been collaborating since 2003 on production models that respect the environment and people’s health. This initiative arises in the face of growing challenges of cost, stagnation of consumption and the limitations of volume and diversity that small producers have to access supermarkets and sales platforms. The project supports the creation of an entity to jointly market and distribute its food, supported by technical-operational actors such as the Agrupació de Defensa Vegetal de Producció Ecològica de Ponent (ADV Ecològica de Ponent) and within the 2025 call Del Campo a la Despensa of the Carasso Foundation.
