Observatory of Culture and Sustainable Tourism COSTA

Promoted by the Casa Planas association in Mallorca, the project analyses the impact of tourism in the territory from the perspective of artistic creation and collective research. Based on an Archive with more than three million images and a community of 17 artistic studios, the project articulates an interdisciplinary study group, research residencies and an international meeting to generate knowledge in the face of climate change and rethink the tourism model from a cultural perspective.
