Culturarios. Humus of cultural initiatives in the countryside

To analyse the role of artistic mediation in rural areas and to propose models that reinforce the cultural initiatives that arise in these territories. That is the objective of Culturarios. Humus of Cultural Initiatives in the Field, a research and dialogue project that examines how cultural projects are created, managed, and sustained outside of large urban centers. The initiative combines collective research, meetings between cultural agents and public administrations and a cartography of experiences developed in different territories of the State. Its results are collected in a publication and other materials that seek to share lessons learned and open debate on the future of culture in rural areas. The initiative is promoted by the El Cubo Verde network with the support of the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation.
