Gravity 13

To analyze the conditions of young cultural work and propose concrete improvements for those who begin their career in culture. That is the objective of Gravity 13, a project promoted by the Galaxxia network that brings together emerging professionals, groups, educational centers and institutions to share experiences and detect common challenges. The initiative is articulated through meetings between cultural agents, spaces for reflection and a call for texts that collect different perspectives on the reality of the sector. From this process, two manuals of good practices are developed aimed at both young professionals and cultural institutions, with guidelines to improve working conditions and forms of collaboration. Gravity 13 is supported by the 2020 Recovery Fund for the COVID-19 crisis of the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation.
