MODUL

A project that has been developing since 2019 a methodology to activate cultural participation in neighborhoods with high social complexity. It does so through the installation of small community spaces where neighbors participate in workshops, meetings and creative processes linked to their territory. After a pilot experience in Les Planes (L’Hospitalet de Llobregat), the model has been replicated in other neighbourhoods. In 2024, new cultural infrastructures have been launched that reinforce networking and seek to reduce inequalities through art and culture. MODUL is promoted by the Contorno Urbano Foundation and has the support of the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation within the framework of its Citizen Art axis.
