Socially engaged art
Project promoted by the Art and Identity Politics Research Group of the University of Murcia that brings together artists and scientists to analyze the ecological crisis of the Mar Menor. The initiative examines the deterioration of the ecosystem and its impact on the territory from a critical and collaborative perspective. Through open work processes, Reset promotes new ways of understanding the relationship between culture and the environment and promotes the involvement of citizens in the reflection on the future of the Mar Menor. The project seeks to generate shared knowledge that contributes to strengthening the social link with this environment and to imagining sustainable alternatives for its recovery. It has the support of the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation within the framework of its Citizen Art axis.
