Sustainable food
Shared legume workshop allows the calibration and cleaning of agricultural production in the Llanada Alavesa to be mechanized, tasks that until now were carried out in an artisanal way. The new infrastructure makes it easier to reduce costs, increase production and strengthen the marketing of this crop in the territory. The project seeks to structure the local sector in the face of the increase in demand for legumes as a source of vegetable protein. The initiative is promoted by the Laudatako Lekaleak Elkartea association with the support of the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation, within its Sustainable Food axis.
