Sierra Oeste Agroecológica

Based on an agro-composting and circular economy initiative, organized in collaboration with the City Council of Zarzalejo, the association “Observatory of the new culture of the territory” created the association “Sierra Oeste agroecológica” to empower farmers and social agents of the “Sierra Oeste” territory of Madrid. This association continues to design actions in which it involves the different agents of the region to relocate the marketing and consumption of food produced in the territory.
