Socially engaged art
A cultural mediation project in prisons with women deprived of liberty that explores how artistic practices can contribute to training, well-being and social reintegration processes in the prison environment. The voice that no one hears develops workshops and cultural activities in prisons to analyze the effects of these experiences and generate useful knowledge for public policies. The initiative is promoted by the Gaberias Foundation and Teta & Teta in collaboration with the OrCam Foundation, Invisible Pedagogies, the Community of Madrid and Penitentiary Institutions, with the support of the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation and the Ministry of Culture.
