Lucía Casani

Managing Director for Spain

Lucía has a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid. Between 1997 and 2001, she participated in several film and advertising projects, before joining the La Casa Encendida team in its creation in 2002, becoming a director in 2014. After this experience, she takes over as director of the Foundation in Spain in September 2023.

Eva Torremocha

Director Sustainable Food - Spain

An agronomist and a master's degree in Agroecology, she began her career in agricultural production, and from there she went on to a rural development centre, an agricultural union and finally the Junta de Andalucía. She has also worked as a consultant and researcher. In her activist facet, she has participated in local, national and international entities, and was vice-president of IFOAM from 2015 to 2017. He joined the Foundation in 2017.

Pepa Octavio de Toledo

Director Citizen Art - Spain

She has a degree in Information Sciences from the University of Navarra and a degree in communication from the Université de l'Ouest. He has worked in the communication and development departments of large companies in France and Spain and in 2009 he began working for the Madrid City Council, in La noche en blanco, at the Matadero Madrid contemporary art center and, in 2014, also for Medialab-Prado. At the end of 2015 she took charge of the sponsorship and patronage department and the Friends of the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum Programme. He joined the Foundation in 2022.

Cristina Crisol

Head of Communication - Spain

With a degree in journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid, her professional career has been linked to communication for more than two decades. Its vocation has always leaned towards the social sector, transforming, little by little, the world in which we live with the tools of communication. Since 2021 she has managed to combine her two vital and professional aspects in the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation.

Cristina Sáez

Programme Manager - Citizen Art - Spain

With a degree in Business Administration and Management and Law, she combines her studies with teaching classical dance. In addition, he has a Master's Degree in Cultural Management from the UCM. She has developed her career in organizations such as the National Dance Company in Madrid, Carnegie Hall in New York or the Olympia Theater in Valencia, specializing in communication and marketing, before joining the Foundation's team in 2018.

Anneke Raskin

Programme Manager - Citizen Art - Spain

With a degree in Philosophy and a Master's degree in Contemporary Art (between Brussels and Madrid – a metaphor for her life, in general), Anne-Françoise, better known as Anneke, has focused her path on the most experimental manifestations of contemporary art (with an emphasis on sound art and performance), and on mediation work aimed at broadening her audiences and facilitating their understanding. After collaborating with the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation since 2018, Anneke joined the Citizen Art team in 2024.

Pilar Martínez

Programme Manager - Sustainable Food - Spain

An agronomist with a master's degree in Project Engineering and Public Policy, she began her work in the development cooperation sector in food security and sustainable water resources management projects. For the last five years, she has worked in research in the areas of agricultural sustainability and climate change at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Since 2019, she has been part of the Foundation's team.

Adrián Gallero

Programme Manager - Sustainable Food - Spain

Political scientist with postgraduate studies in Social Economy, as well as in Participatory Methodologies in the field of rural development and territorial management. She began her professional career in the field of dynamization of the social and solidarity economy, and later in rural development and sustainability, through the coordination, among others, of projects to accompany agri-food cooperatives or participatory food strategies.

Iñigo Eguía

Head of Support and Impact Measurement - Spain

He has a degree in Business Administration and Management and International Relations from the Instituto de Empresa de Madrid, and a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management, with a specialization in Global Food Systems, from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He started his career as an investment analyst in startups and then moved towards ethical finance, collaborating with Triodos Bank in the development of its strategy and impact measurement system for the food sector. Later, he joined the Social Nest Foundation, where he led the impact investing area and co-led the organization's shift towards the agri-food sector.

Henar Vico

Programme Coordinator - Spain

He completed a double Franco-Spanish degree in Social Sciences between Sciences Po Bordeaux and the Autonomous University of Madrid, specializing in international relations, which led him to work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the field of human rights. She completed a Master's Degree in Cultural Management at the Carlos III University of Madrid, getting involved in art-education, cultural mediation and entrepreneurship projects. In 2024, he joined the Foundation's team.

Caroline Dubois

Office Management & Assistant Director - Spain

With a degree in History and Cultural Project Management, she has more than 10 years of experience in administrative and accounting management, as well as in supporting the development and monitoring of projects, mainly consolidated experience within international charities in France, England and Spain. He joined the Foundation in January 2024 as office manager and assistant director.

Mathieu Minne

Management controller

A graduate of the IAE in Aix-en-Provence and a master's degree in cultural management from the Complutense University, he has more than 20 years of experience in different sectors of industry, in France and abroad. She has worked in the renewable energy sector in Spain, before joining the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation in February 2023.

Céline Lattès-Féraudy

General Secretary

A graduate of the ESCP in Public Management, Céline began her career as a consultant in the public sector before joining the "Centre des Monuments Nationaux", then Deloitte and the Ministries of National Education and Higher Education. Since 2014, she has been Director of Administration and Human Resources at the "Musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac", where she led the HR, legal and budgetary departments, and supported numerous reform and transformation projects, from social dialogue to professional equality and social responsibility initiatives.

Claire Coste

Human Resources Manager - France and Spain

With a degree in Business Administration and Management, a master's degree in Human Resource Management and more than 14 years of experience at Leroy Merlin and in an HR consultancy, Claire has a solid international experience in human resources project management. Passionate about human relations, she is recognized for her commitment, her organizational skills and her ability to make strategic decisions. She joined the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation in March 2024.
