Cartae, our tailor-made support system
Because funding is not always enough to meet the major challenges faced by associations, the Foundation is strengthening its commitment by offering extra-financial support to its Sustainable Food and Citizen Art partners. Through Cartae, we offer resources to support you in your activities: advice, workshops, training, mentoring.
Cartae is a tailor-made support offering that respects the specific characteristics of the associative sector and preserves the identity and uniqueness of each project. Our aim is to enable our partners to unlock their full potential and embed transformations in their communities over the long term. Cartae is also a community that shares its tools, experience and learning.

With Cartae, we offer strategic and operational support adapted to each partner.
Flexible
We provide the necessary support when needed: thematic training, one-off advice or long-term support to change scale.
Tailor
Adapted and adaptable, the system takes into account the very essence of the project while integrating an external perspective that is beneficial to its strengthening.
Co-constructed
Supporting means deciding together on the content, pace, duration and appropriate speakers, with clearly defined objectives and deliverables.
Structural support
Contributing to the sustainability and development of associations facing challenges of consolidation or change of scale: it is with this ambition that we deploy a specific support programme intended only for structures financed within the framework of our Sustainable Food and Citizen Art axes. Thus, we identify and offer some of them structural support with two courses to choose from.
The 360° pathway includes an in-depth diagnosis, a proposed action plan and several coaching sessions. Topics we develop with our partners include fundraising, cooperation, communication, economic viability, organizational strengthening and impact assessment.
The Focus course offers a single targeted support. This course is made up of interventions by qualified experts, individual and collective exchanges, promoting the sharing of good practices and the development of the skills of the associations supported.
