The Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation responds to current challenges from two areas: sustainable food, which combines care for the planet, health, and social justice, and socially engaged art, which promotes creative expression as a form of participation and community cohesion.

Through Sustainable Food and Civic Art, the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation has been supporting projects that drive change in local communities for several years. Sustainable food
We accelerate the transition towards fair and sustainable food systems, which guarantee healthy food, respectful of people and ecosystems, and create strong links between production, citizenship and territories.
Socially engaged art
We see art and culture as a driver of citizenship and personal and collective development. For this reason, we support artists, mediators, and cultural agents committed to strengthening social cohesion and respecting diversity.

Infinito Delicias
Located in the Delicias neighbourhood of Madrid, Infinito is a community center dedicated to culture, gastronomy, and innovation. Infinito Delicias is a cultural innovation hub, embracing arts, culinary experiences, and community sharing. Its aim is twofold: on one hand, to drive social and cultural transformation through culture and food; on the other, to prove that projects with social and environmental impact can also be economically sustainable.
