Alimentta. Think tank for the food transition

The project aims to develop effective solutions that favor the sustainability of the food system requires multidisciplinary research approaches. From this perspective, in 2018 the creation of Alimentta was promoted, a think tank made up of experts from different disciplines who work together to support the generation of knowledge that contributes to the development of a more resilient and fair food system.
