Sustainable food
Subbética ecológica promotes a territorialized food system, based on the principles of food sovereignty and committed to the conservation of nature in the region of Subbética in Andalusia. The project proposes the creation of a workshop for the production of preserves, jams and other organic products with the aim of promoting short marketing channels and facilitating access to organic food at a fair price for consumers.
