The Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation responds to current challenges through two areas of action: Sustainable Food to accelerate the transition to fairer food systems, respectful of people and ecosystems, and Citizen Art to promote art and culture as forces of citizenship and collective emancipation.
Sustainable food
We are accelerating the transition to just and sustainable food systems, guaranteeing healthy food for all, respectful of people and ecosystems, and creating strong links between production, citizenship and territories.
Citizen Art
We promote art and culture as forces of citizenship and collective emancipation, by supporting artists, cultural actors and territories committed to a more harmonious, united society that respects diversity.

Infinito Delicias
Located in the Delicias district of Madrid, Infinito is a third place dedicated to culture, cuisine and innovation. This collective laboratory promotes meetings between citizens of all ages and backgrounds: artists, cooks, farmers, foundations, associations, companies and public institutions. A space to strengthen reflection, debate, experimentation and creation.
