Sustainable food
Project that promotes a collective process to define how to produce, distribute and consume food in the territory of the Eo River, with the aim of strengthening food self-sufficiency and moving towards agroecological practices. Eo Alimenta promotes joint work between the scientific community, the local population and social agents that connects production, consumption and management of the territory. The initiative has the participation of the ReVOLTA network of research in agroecology and history, made up of eight research groups, together with social actors from the Eo basin. The project is part of the Sustainable Food axis promoted by the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation.
